The REACH Certificate Program offers online training focused on a specialty area or specific skillset. At the successful conclusion of each course, the healthcare professional is awarded a certificate to signify mastery of the subject-matter. In addition, a digital badge is issued that can be shared via social media with employers and other interested parties.

Each REACH certificate course is available online and varies in length. The courses are self-paced, not moderated, and can be taken on any computer. Average length of a course is 5 hours and grants an equivalent number of CE points. They are modular with multiple lessons and quizzes within each module. The quizzes can be taken multiple times, but the final assessment, usually around 100 questions, is only taken once. After passing the assessment, the participant is awarded a certificate and a digital badge.

Certificates have an expiration date.
