STEP 510: The Effects of Kinesthetic Venipuncture Training Methods on Student Anxiety: A Quantitative Study (CE: 1.0)

Description:

Anxiety is an obstacle students everywhere battle with during their studies. Phlebotomy can add an extra component of anxiety since it involves patient care and mastering objectives such as sanitary practices, proper technique, and order of draw. This study evaluated student anxiety levels as they reached different phases of their course instruction and advanced to more kinesthetic venipuncture tactics.

Learning Objectives:

  • Define the three main styles of learning
  • Explain how different styles of learning require different teaching methods
