Description:

You will receive an overview of the DNA molecules and their potential sources and steps to obtain a DNA profile with emphasis on technologies utilized, match determination and statistical evaluation. You will also review CODIS (the DNA index). Information is presented as it applies to one specific case for demonstration of how DNA analysis was instrumental in providing answers for the investigation.
