Medical Errors: An Overview (CE: 2.0)


Medical Errors are the third leading cause of death in the United States. In this course you will learn about common types of medical errors, how to perform a root cause analysis, what systems are put in place that help reduce and prevent medical errors, and what role you play in medical error prevention.
