Description:
In
this course, participants will get an update on testing used to determine
aspirin and Plavix sensitivity and resistance. The course provides a brief
overview of aspirin resistance and medications which may affect blood
coagulation, followed by an in-depth look into peer-reviewed studies which
analyzed four commercially available assays to determine platelet response to
aspirin.

the potential impact of aspirin sensitivity and resistance in patients.

four examples of research protocols for measuring platelet response in
