Description:
When
it comes to workplace behavior, what type of employees (follower) are you and
your co-workers -- the Disciple, Disengaged or Disgruntled? We will identify the qualities of these
individuals and predict the behavior patterns of these employees (followers)
and leaders.
Learning Objectives:
- Identify
the four types of followers in the workplace, their common characteristics, and
how they engage at work.
- Describe
the 4D Followership model, and identify your own follower type and the follower
types of your colleagues.
- Name
the necessary traits to develop to be a "star follower" and be in the
best position for recognition and promotion.
