Description:
This
course will present interesting case studies that incorporates both the
microbiology and clinical perspectives, as well as provides teaching points
with regards to the pathogens involved in each case.
Learning Objectives:
- Discuss
various microbiology case studies from a real-world laboratory setting.
- Identify
common tests and sample testing results from each case study scenario.
- Recall
presenting symptoms, treatments, and outcomes for patients in each microbiology
case study.
